Registration (online and in person) :

 

Residents and non-residents : starting Tuesday January 9, at 7 p.m.

 

 

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION

 

Participants must have a Multi card number and make sure, before registration, that their phone number matches the phone number in our files. To register, go to ludik.pointe-claire.ca.

 

Internet registration assistance will be available on January 9 and 11, from 6 to 9 p.m., at 514-630-1225. Internet stations will be available at the Library for you to register online.

 

To find out how to get a Multi card number, please call 514-630-1218, ext. 1637. If you don’t have a Multi card number, you must register in person.

 

 

 

COSTS AND REFUNDS

 

Activities are free for Library members. Library membership is free for young people residing or attending a high school in Pointe-Claire.

 

If you have registered for an activity and cannot attend it, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance at 514-630-1218, extension 1623; otherwise, a fee will be applied.

ASSISTING WITH CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES

 

Teens earn volunteer hours by helping with a variety of children’s activities.

BOOK REVIEWS

 

Teens write a short online book review and earn 15 minutes of volunteering! Reviews will be published on the Teen Zone blog.

TEEN COUNCIL

 

Teens earn volunteer hours and gain experience by helping to choose books, prepare themed book displays, and plan activities for teens.

Teens earn volunteer hours by using their crafting and artistic skills to create themed decorations for the teen and children’s sections.

READING BUDDIES END-OF-YEAR PARTY

 

Teens accompany their Little Buddy to a special activity to celebrate their reading accomplishments throughout the year.  Teens must be registered as a Big Buddy to attend.

2018 LEGO® EXHIBIT PRESENTERS CLUB with Sébastien Bouthillette and Anne-Marie Perreault, AFOL (Adult Fans of LEGO®)

 

Young people interested in presenting a plaque or something they have built at the 2018 LEGO® Exhibit are invited to meet two LEGO® fans. They will get tips and help in preparing an exciting section for the upcoming LEGO® Exhibit on March 24. The theme will be “Building with Passion”.

 

Participants must attend both meetings.
